Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT)

 

Bernardo Basilio 

Began working at Animal Medical Center in 2007 and has been a licensed RVT for many years, "Basil" enjoys emergency veterinary medicine.
 
Caroline (Carrie) Angel 

Caroline (Carrie) graduated from Western Career College in 2003 and received her RVT license the same year.  She began working at Animal Medical Center in 2007 and is our dental technician.
 
Rashell (Shelly) Dell

Shelly began working as a veterinary technician in 1995 at Broadway Animal Hospital and subsequently moved with Drs. Hampel and Johnson to Animal Medical Center in 2001.  She completed Professional Veterinary Assistant School in May 2007 and received her RVT license in August 2007.
 
Kim Jones 

Kim began working as a veterinary technician in 1984 at Broadway Animal Hospital and subsequently moved with Drs. Hampel and Johnson to Animal Medical Center in 2001.  She graduated from Mesa College with an Associate of Science degree in Animal Technology in 1984 and received her RVT license in 1985. She has a special interest in surgery and dentistry and also serves as our clinical educator.  Kim's main focus is on medical staff training and development in addition to raising community awareness of veterinary medicine.  Kim serves as our Nursing Department Manager.
 
Tracy Jones

Tracy graduated from Mesa College with an Associate of Science degree in Animal Technology in 1983 and received her RVT license in 1984.  Tracy has special interest in surgery and is a member of Dr. Hampel's surgery team.
 
Crystal Patricio

Crystal began working at Animal Medical Center in 2009.  She is a very experienced nurse and is licensed to practice in two states in addition to her national license.
 
Ivan Mayor

Ivan began working with the AMC staff in 2008, being a licensed veterinarian in Mexico helped him to successfully complete all of California's RVT requirements in 2008.
 
Bethany Turnbloom

Began working for AMC as a client services representative in 2005.  She transferred to the nursing department in 2006 and began both her formal and practical experience training to be certified as an RVT.  In 2008, Sheri passed her examination and is now a Registered Veterinary Technician.
