Directions for webcam use:
1. Click on link above.
2. Click on “webviewer” icon
3. Enter user name and password in pop up
4. Click “connect”
5. Select appropriate camera 1-11 based on suite number.
Our camera system requires you to use Internet Explorer and is not compatible with other browser software. The first time you access camera, you will be required to download DMSRVPUSH from Dedicated Micros in order to load page. Just follow prompts and allow file to load. If you do not get any prompts, make sure you are using the administrator or main account and allow ACTIVEX controls to be installed.
A note for dial up internet users, due to the amount of information required to transfer live video images over the internet, you most likely will not be able to successfully connect and receive video images of your pet. If you should be able to connect, immediately click the “low” button on the bottom of the screen.
